“Investigating the evolution of consciousness through integrated symbolic, archaeological, and psychological research.”

  • Identified Flying Objects by Michael P. Masters

A brilliant work and intriguing read by biological anthropologist, Dr. Michael Paul Masters. Years of research and investigative work from various scientific fields compacted within one book. From the evolutionary background of human origins to the potential evolutionary trajectory of the human lineage to the technological capabilities that we may attain and utilize in that potential future, all of which is accompanied by the empirical, observational and testimonial evidence to support this future potential scenario.

This is by far one of the best cases made for the potential existence of Grey aliens, and what they may be and where (or when) they may originate from. Each chapter provides great insight into our evolutionary past and how we developed into the more intelligent creatures we are today, and how rare this evolutionary pathway might be throughout the universe. It also goes on to explain how this evolutionary trajectory, according to past and current trends, might someday lead us to develop into gray-like entities with technological capabilities that allow for time travel into the past.

Masters does a phenomenal job of diverting from any type of personal bias, and instead keeps his attention strictly on the accumulative evidence from the various scientific disciplines, as well as personal encounters with these gray-like entities to help shed light on what they may be and why they continue to visit. He approaches his own work with skepticism while maintaining a certain level of open mindedness to the possibilities of what the future of humanity may produce both biologically and technologically. This book is sure to enlighten all from the skeptic to the open minded.

  • The Three Aspects of Spiritual Ascension

The idea of ascension, especially within the Christian context, is predicated upon three facets of an individual’s being; physical ascension, psychological ascension, and spiritual ascension. Each facet requires different orders of discipline, but all necessitate the same fundamental requirement of exceptional focus and patience.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

    II Corinthians 5:17 NKJV

For the physical process of ascension, the individual must direct their focus to that of an overall healthy mode of being. They must direct their energy towards consuming substances that promote health and well-being, while at the same time strive to improve their overall fitness level by focusing on training their body for strength, speed and agility. As the individual progresses, their body will become stronger, quicker and more stable, which in turn will enhance their ability to persevere and thrive under any conditions.

“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.”

    I Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV

The improvements of one’s physical condition will carry over into the next process of ascension, the psychological process. A healthy body helps in attaining and maintaining a healthy, stable mind. But in order to ascend further, an individual must not only push their bodies to a higher mode of being, but their mind, too. One must engage in intensive studies of various disciplines that help push brain into a more “awakened” state. Added with this, one must also begin to write daily with an emphasis of pushing their own bounds of critically thought.

“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

    2 Timothy 2:15 KJV

The final aspect of the process of ascension is that of spirituality. This spirituality is not just some random aim that is apart of new agism, but rather a centralized focus on becoming Christ-like. In order to accomplish this type of spirituality, one must spend adequate time in prayer and meditation while calling upon Christ to help direct and fill their consciousness with His Spirit. This meditative state is also enhanced by times of fasting to help desensitize one’s body and mind to the physical matter around him or her, and instead causing them to become more sensitized to the realm of higher order.

“So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.””

    Matthew 17:20-21 NKJV

This process of ascension echoes not only what scripture teaches, but also the four dimensions of the very cosmos; three spatial dimensions along with the dimension of time. The process of ascension is predicated upon improving the three dimensions of being; physical, psychological and spiritual, along with the dimension of time. Over the course of time, as one puts all facets into practice, they will gradually begin to learn how to flow with the spirit while tapping into their own God-given potential within them.

“Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.”

    I Timothy 4:14 NKJV

  • Quantum Reality And The Conscious Observer

I have spoken about this before on my show in regards to the quantum field and consciousness, and how only by the observation of consciousness does a wave become a physical particle; potential becomes reality. And even more bizarre is the fact that this quantum field potential is aware of this conscious observation/activation sequence. This universe was designed with consciousness in mind.

  • The Ascending Christian

What have we lost in the modern day church that our ancestors exceeded at? The process of transformation/ascension.

Time and time again we find the notion of transformation being exhorted within the New Testament, from the teachings of Christ through the latter books of the apostles. And yet, the modern day church has failed to exhibit any qualitative traits of transformation except at the most fundamental level. Why? First, because we have misinterpreted what constitutes the process of transformation. And secondly, due to the unwillingness of modern humanity to embark on adventure in exchange for complacency.

Our modern way of being promotes the idea of acceptance, not only at one’s initiation into the faith, but though one’s entirety as well. Secular society has heavily influenced the church today with the promotion of birth, work, retirement, and then death. But this is not what Christ and the apostles proclaimed. Their proclamation was one of initial acceptance into the faith followed by a lifelong process of inward and outward transformation; a process of ascending to greater heights from the foundation of which Christ laid for us.

Most fellow Christians believe they have been transformed, and perhaps that is so. But for the most that make this claim, their idea of transformation is fundamental at best. What’s of most interest is the fact that the same Greek word used to describe the transfiguration of Christ, “metamorphoō,” is the same word used to describe the transformation of His followers, too. It is a process of both a spiritual and physical transformation and illumination.

To help clarify this process a bit more, we must first understand the nature of Christ in which we are to mimic and exhibit within our lives. First, Christ was a great intellectual of His time, which means that He possessed and exhibited adequate knowledge and wisdom. This is not to say that we are all to be genius so to speak, but it does mean that we should all be challenging our current bounds of acquired knowledge by studying complex and thought provoking material from various disciplines. And it is through this form of challenging studies that we not only acquire greater knowledge and understanding, but are transformed in due process as well.

Second, Christ is a divine warrior that is set to return to slay the wicked, which means, as Paul puts it so well in his second letter Timothy, we are to be and act like warriors, too. We are called to be strong, courageous, and be able to protect, which all implies the necessity of both spiritual and physical strength. Much of the church today exhibits little to no strength or perceived fitness of any sort with a national average of overweight individuals making up 80% of the population. And how does this reflect a strong church that cherishes and properly maintains their bodily temples? It does not at all. And thus, how can one say they are transformed while neglecting the body in which God supplies them with?

This short, simple message is a wake up call for the church and the individuals within to call upon the Lord for transformation, and to ascend to another level in their life. Are you ready for change? Are you ready to ascend to the higher calling of God in your life?

  • The Balanced Path To Enlightenment

A balanced state of being is key to a proper mode of functionality. If one tilts too far into either extremes of chaos or order, then peril is sure to ensue. Too much orderliness then leads to tyranny which becomes the predominant driving force. On the other hand, if one delves too much into the realm of openness, then nihilism becomes the accompanying mode of being that drives the individual into a abysmal state of being.

This concept of balance can be found within the teachings of both Christ and Buddha, as well as many other belief systems. And it is this way of balance, or middle way in Buddhism, that is a prerequisite to achieving a higher state of enlightenment.

“And everyone who competes for the prize is temperate (balanced) in all things. Now they do it to obtain a perishable crown, but we for an imperishable crown.”

    I Corinthians 9:25 NKJV

Avoiding both these extremes, the Perfect One has realized the Middle Path; it gives vision, gives knowledge, and leads to calm, to insight, to enlightenment and to Nibbana. -Buddha

Even Christ Himself when teaching His disciples how to move mountains, (that which many believe to be a figurative notion, and yet Christ is speaking of a literal, physical mountain in the vicinity of Himself and His disciples) He claims that in order to achieve such a feat one must adhere to the practice of prayer, or properly put that of meditation, and fasting.

“So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. However, this kind does not go out except by prayer (meditation) and fasting.””

    Matthew 17:20-21 NKJV

Prayer, the stillness of one’s consciousness, is symbolically represented in the form of chaos, or better put, that of an inactive state of being. And yet, fasting, that is the act of sacrifice, is symbolically represented as a state of order, or an active state of being. It is only through the conjunction of these two modes of being working together that leads one to ascend to a higher state of consciousness. It is the working together of both inactivity and activity; chaos and order that helps an individual achieve another level of enlightenment.

“Do you see that faith was working together with his works, and by works faith was made perfect? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”

    James 2:22, 26 NKJV

Again, we see the same unifying dichotomy being exemplified in the book of James wherein he speaks of faith and works working together to help one achieve a higher state of perfection. His claim is that it is neither by faith alone nor works alone that one achieves ascension, but rather through the utilization of the two together that produces the fruit of the spirit and helps one ascend to greater heights. Faith here being represented as the inactive state of chaos, whereas works is represented as the active state of order; both of which are necessary in one’s ascent within their God given calling.

On final note, this balanced and ascended way of life is not a simple, linear path as one might think in our modernized and rationalized western minds today might perceived, but rather it is an continual adaptive way of being that is best depicted within the middle way of the Yin Yang represented previously. The middle way here is represented in a snake like pattern to help the observer better understand that the way of life and the way of an ascended, balanced path is a continuous adaptability between the manifestation of chaos and order as they present themselves at each passing moment. This notion, of course, also suggest the present awareness of the individual in the moment as they combat, learn and adapt to what God presents them with at any given moment in the passage of time. And this adaptability is also what helps one grow, mature and ascend overtime.

  • The Fallacy and Toxicity of The Fat Acceptance Movement

The fat acceptance movement (Cooper, C. 2008), a developed trend beginning in the 1960’s, and a faction of the body positivity coalition, is the promotion of the overweight and obese population in America. This reprehensible movement seeks to negate the negative effects of being obese and overweight by downplaying the severe health consequences both short and long term,  including heart disease, diabetes, cancer, impaired cognitive functions, reproductive problems and more (Cafasso, J.,  Bell, A. 2022). According to the CDC (2020), approximately 74% of Americans are either overweight or obese, and the American obesity rate among the adult population is at a staggering 42.5% with a surmountable climb from 31.4% just 20 years ago (Fryar, C., Carroll, M., Afful, J. 2020). The acceptance and promotion of being overweight and obese is not only fallacious, but is detrimental for both individuals and society as a whole.

Just recently, Sports Illustrated featured an obese model, Yumi Nu, on their cover to help promote varying body types, and yet the famed psychologist, Jordan Peterson, called them out on their propaganda of trying to persuade the general population into redefining beauty by attempting to make being obese not only acceptable, but something to admire. This same attempt has been seen on various fitness magazines, TV shows, and commercials as well. That which is deemed a modern day conventional norm does not necessarily make it a correct and proper mode of being, especially if it is harming and ending the lives of both youth and adult population. What is being played out here is nothing but a mere attempt at playing a game of identity politics wherein everyone has a group in which they identify, regardless of its detrimental and catastrophic effects on the individuals that make up the group. The promotion and celebration of an unhealthy lifestyle and body composition is but mere wishful thinking, and is a direct pathway to a dystopian future for many generations to come.

Some of the contributing factors to the overweight and obese epidemic over the past few decades in America are quite clear. Over this time span there has been a dramatic increase in sedentary lifestyles among the general population (Yang L, Cao C, Kantor ED, 2016), and an increase in overall market place portion sizes that coincide with the increasing weight issue (Young, L. R., & Nestle, M.  2002). Alongside these two factors there has been an increase in the level of stress among the general population that has a strong link with weight gain and obesity, as well as many other various ailments (American Psychological Association, 2018). Moreover, increased stress levels can lead to overeating, or “stress eating,” which causes one to consume more calories than they are able to burn off and in turn leads to more weight gain.

The issues contributing to the overweight and obesity epidemic in America that have been addressed thus far are deeply tied in with the modernization of society as a whole. With convenience at the touch of a button, and where comfort and entertainment consume the masses, alongside the ever increasing portion sizes, it is no wonder why we have a weight problem. Americans have become obsessed with constant entertainment, becoming easily distracted by sitcoms, social media, YouTube, and video games, all while neglecting their overall health and well-being. Most of what the general population digest, technologically speaking, are designed to “hook” the individual and rewire the brain so that the individual seeks to reward this new neural system each time they open the apps or turn on the TV. This addictive behavior is causing individuals to become more sedentary as they sit for hours bingeing their favorite show or playing games with little to no physical activity (Fotuhi, M. 2020). This bingeing behavior is not only sedentary in nature, but also manifest all sorts of other issues, including lack of proper sleep, increased cortisol levels, and often times social isolation, all of which help contribute to weight gain.

America’s infatuation with convenience and constant stimulation, along with an increase in sedentary lifestyles, food consumption, and stress levels, are the culprit of America’s overweight and obesity problem. What can people and society do about this? First, do not accept or promote the acceptance of being overweight and obese. The acceptance approach is fatal for both the individual and society as a whole, and the more people promote this problematic idea, the more weight and health issues will continue to rise. This is not to say that people should be scorned for possessing a weight issue, but for one to promote it as both acceptable and beautiful is not productive for the individual or society. A society functions and progresses best when the individuals within the society are functioning properly and progressing towards better health both physically and psychologically. Second, people should rather be promoting health and wellness while encouraging others as they move along their journey towards freedom from severe ailments and immobility. The more people seek to enhance their lives by changing their pattern of behavior by moderating their consumption of technology and food, and begin to spend more time outdoors and active, the more they will improve their health and well-being. This improvement within an individual’s life will then touch the lives of others by helping influence the behavioral patterns of those around them, and thus improving the health and well-being of society. And the accessibility, thankfully, to an almost infinite source of information on improving one’s health and well-being are at the touch of a button on the same technological device the general population endears so much. A gradual, progressive transformation of the individual by utilizing one’s resources at hand is what progress is all about, and not an acceptable, stagnate mode of being as the fat acceptance movement promotes.

Proponents of the fat acceptance movement seek to make their case by proposing the idea that it is the individual’s body and their choice to do with it as they will. Although this may be true, if one really did care about the well-being of others, they would not suggest and promote stagnation in a state of being that is detrimental to that individual and their descendants. This claim is not progressive in no way shape or form, and yet a progressive philosophy is that which they claim to possess. Another argument made by the fat acceptance movement is that some body types are different from others, such as people being “big boned.” This is a weak argument as it suggests that there is some correlation between a certain body type and being overweight and obese, and yet this is not the case. Some individuals can look thicker than others and not be overweight or obese, so this argument lacks any support for its claim. It is not strictly how someone looks, but rather how they feel and act in the world. Being healthy physically and psychology is the goal, and not necessarily how one’s appearance. Another argument promoted by the fat acceptance movement supporters is that modern culture’s focus on weight loss is essentially a means of controlling deviance. What is quite strange about this argument is the sheer fact that most of the fat acceptance movement advocates are generally politically liberal and shun the stigma of conspiracy theory, and yet this is precisely what they are proposing. They are promoting the idea of control from sources higher up in the political and social sphere, that which they claim is a bigoted proposal of the far right. Moreover, although some of weight loss programs are but mere rubbish, there is a wealth of diet programs out there seeking to help people live healthier, more productive lives, and that are scientifically supported to not only help individuals lose weight, but to help their over health and well-being. Certain diets like plant-based diets, the Mediterranean diet, and intermediate fasting are excellent examples of healthy means of achieving weight loss and better overall health (Raman, R., Kubala, J. 2022).

While the fat acceptance movement seeks to push the acceptance of unhealthy body fat percentage and overall lifestyle, the evidence is stacked against them. With approximately 74% of the population either overweight or obese, and with much of this damage transpiring within the last few decades, it is easy for one to see that there is a problem that needs to be addressed rather than accepted. Moreover, the number of health effects one sustains when overweight or obese, including heart disease, cognitive impairment, respiratory problems, diabetes, cancer and more, it should prompt the general population to seek to encourage each other to live out healthier lives for the betterment of the individual and society as a whole. And there are a wealth of information in the palm of one’s hand to help them progress and improvement their overall health and well-being, and to be a source of influence and information themselves for others. With all of the fat acceptance movement’s arguments being addressed and resolved, one can conclude that their movement is but a weak attempt to live out the modernized life in the most comfortable of ways. And this type of promotion of laziness and cowardliness is but mere wishful thinking and a reprehensible attempt to convince others to stay in their unhealthy state, and to discourage them and direct them away from any type of transformation or progress. Not only should this movement be ignored, but it should be done away with along with its corrupted ideology. Health and well-being should be promoted for the betterment of the individual and the society in which the individual inhabits.

  • Redefining Success

The proclivity for people to relate success to that of wealth or fame can be demonstrated through surveys and the sheer willingness to nearly worship individuals that fall within this stratum. And yet, is this a proper way in which to define success? Webster’s dictionary defines success as a “degree or measure of succeeding,” or “the attainment of wealth, favor, or eminence.” Although this definition is part and partial of what defines success, there is still much more to it. The proper definition of success can be broken down into the utilization of five different factors, including IQ, personality, health and well-being, charity, and influence. When each factor is utilized properly, and then examined altogether and not in isolation, this overall summation is and should be what constitutes success.

If we solely examine an individual’s wealth attainment or career success, this can only shed light on what would be constituted as isolated success and not the full scope of overall success. When one examines the factors of wealth and fame, it can be easily concluded that these factors are but mere byproducts of an overarching configurations of other factors embedded within an individual’s being that are utilized properly and have produced other attractive surface features that are indicative of success. And thus, a thorough examination of each factor is key in understanding not only what success is, but how one may go about achieving it in their life.

When one seeks to utilize and maximize their potential regardless of what level within the IQ domain they dwell, they can do wonders within their careers, family life, and the lives of others by exemplifying how the maximization of their ability can do, and this is one of the key factors in what constitutes success. In our modern culture where sensitivity is part of the higher calling of the “greater good,” most desire not to speak of such things as IQ. And yet, this measurable feature of psychology is of great value for both the individual and society as it helps guide the individual to a proper domain of expertise tailored towards their particular level of IQ that is both not too challenging, as to destroy their perception of self-worth, but not too effortless as to drive one into stagnation and depression. This finely tuned tool of guidance not only benefits the individual utilizing it accurately, but whenever the individual is thriving so does the society that the individual makes up. This sensitivity to IQ measurements in which our modern culture cling onto is but a misperception of what IQ can do for the individual and society alike. With some benefits already being presented here, there is also the benefit of one utilizing their IQ regardless of the finalized measurement.

Personality is the next key factor in attaining success when an individual seeks to utilize their personality type by using the Big Five model; openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. This personality assessment, alongside their level of IQ, can help situate an individual, not only in a particular domain that utilizes their IQ, but it also helps narrow the scope of expertise even further by placing the individual in a specific area of interest that correlates with both their personality and IQ level. This helps maximize their potential even more, and ultimately benefits themselves and society as a whole. This again is a vital factor of the constitution and attainment of success.

Next, one needs to utilize their overall health and well-being to help them operate effectively and efficiently at their career, family life, school, leisure time, etc. Regardless of what type of ailments one may possess, it is of vital importance to utilize one’s health as much as possible through proper diet, exercise, meditation, and other forms of activity that promotes good health both physically and mentally. Seeking out and discovering various ways to tap into an individual’s physical and mental potential can help maximize chances of progressing further in whatever endeavor one engages in, and thus contributing to their overall pathway of success.

Charity is another important factor that makes up the definition of overall success. The type of charity that is being referenced here is not accomplished solely through the means of financial contributions, but is also attained through the practice of kindness and love by helping others with certain duties or crisis situations. One can also seek to partake in relief programs, mission trips, and volunteer at a hospital or homeless shelter. Even little gestures of charity such as opening the door for others, helping someone that dropped items, acting politely towards others in public spaces are all acts of charity. Establishing relationship with others is another means of charity as one engages with another in an encouraging and supporting manner, which then helps regulate each person’s nervous system and emotional state of being, and thus act and function efficiently in the world. These acts of charity help others operate properly in the world, and thus helps society operate efficiently and effectively do to an individual’s acts of charity which contribute their overall success and the success of others.

The final factor of success is that of Influence. As one puts together the previous factors mentioned, and they climb up the ladder of success, the potential for greater influence over others increases. With this increased influence, an individual can utilize its potential to help contribute to the greater good of humanity. There are various ways of accomplishing this utilization, and much of this depends on how much and what type of influence one possesses, and thus it will take some research and contemplating to maximize the efforts. In a generalized perspective, ways of influence can be accomplished through means of simple gestures, or more complex acts such as speaking events or books. Everyday people are influenced in one way or another by others higher up the dominance hierarchy through means of TV, books, articles, etc., and these influences often make an impact on the recipient that encourages them to move forthrightly into the world and make something of themselves. This action towards success for the recipient is not only attributing to their success, but for the perpetrator, too.

Each factor contributes to one’s overall success when utilized and maximized properly. These factors not only help the individual orient and move towards success, but also to surrounding persons and more. By utilizing these factors, one is maximizing their potential instilled within them and projecting it out into the world to make a difference, starting with their own home to their community and beyond. And this well rounded approach of the utilization and maximization of one’s potential along with its effect on others, is the proper definition of what constitutes success.

  • The Antidote To Tragedy

With the much desire for change, that which the left believes should be accomplished at the gun control level, is but a simplified analysis and solution to the problem. The root of the issue is embedded within the culture of society and the heart of the individual. What we have been and are witnessing is the trend of an atheistic/nihilistic worldview that promotes meaninglessness, which, of course, promotes reprehensible acts as what has been displayed this week and numerous other times.

If people so desire change as they claim, then seek to teach your children about Christ, and instill within them the values that support a sustainable society instead of what gender or sexuality they so desire with little conscience choice. Teach them to value life, and to love and respect others as having intrinsic value.

What we have witnessed thus far is the result of the aftermath of the secularization of western culture beginning in the 1960’s, and it is only becoming worse. Christ is the antidote, and only a society and culture that humbly bows before him will reap the benefits. God bless all those affected by this tragedy and the numerous others that preceded it.

  • Directed Potential

Potential is deeply embedded within your being, and this potential also interacts with the potential that is embedded within our space-time continuum we inhabit. Both potentials exist within a wave-like state, and both are only activated into a particle-like state, that is of a tangible fabric of potential contention, through the act of conscious observation; that is the act of attention.

This bizarre potential/observational activation sequence is evident within quantum theory, wherein experiments have revealed that the existence of reality as such is not activated except through the active observation and interaction of a conscious observer. Through this observational/interactive mode of being, the universe begins to manifest itself, and the potential future becomes a momentous reality.

If you seek to activate your own potential into an objective state of being, you must then gaze your attention away from the distractions that disconnect you from both your potential and the actualization thereof. And rather you should seek to put forth full effort into our attentive conscious perception to harness the divine power of potential into prospective, habitable order.
